Who Are We?
The Avon High School Choirs are part of the 1,000 member AHS Performing Arts Department. The choral program has over 270 students enrolled in 8 choirs. Avon schools have received the NAMM Foundation’s “Best Communities for Music Education” award. The choirs are consistent state finalists, and are in much demand at many community events. The Avon High School Choral Boosters is a support organization for the AHS Choral Program and is made up of parent volunteers for the purpose of providing moral support to all the students and instructors while serving as the primary financial source for all choirs. Our Advertising Mission Our advertising mission is to connect your business to Avon High School Choirs’ audiences & promote your business as a community supporter of youth. Money raised through selling ads will support every aspect of our program. It enables us to pay for sheet music, back-up bands and accompanists, and choir competition fees. It also alleviates transportation costs, and provides scholarships for our senior choir students. Who our Sponsors Reach We put your advertisement into the hands of our audiences. Local people with day-to-day needs! You will gain their business by directly supporting an organization they care about!
Our professionally printed concert season ad book will be distributed at all of our major concerts. Over 2,500 people attend our concerts per year. We also host an annual Avon Vocal Invitational with an average attendance of 3,500 people. To advertise at this event as well as our other performances, you will need to select that you want to be in both books. Not only is your advertisement viewed at our concerts, the concert season ad books and the AVI program book are typically taken home as a memento, giving your business more exposure over time. Another option is to become a Corporate Sponsor which not only places your ad in BOTH books it allows you to receive additional advertising & a season pass to our events! Corporate Sponsorship
Your Corporate Sponsorship funds helps to pay for music, accompanying support, choir competition fees, costumes and props for the musical and choir competition, transportation cost as well as provide scholarships to some of the choir students.

Our Ads are seen by thousands of people each season and may be purchased to appear within our regular concert series or within both the concert series and our annual Avon Vocal Invitational Spectacular.
