About the Purduettes Founded in 1942, the Purduettes have represented Purdue with polished, high-energy performances across a variety of genres, from pop to classical, gospel, country, swing, and jazz. With over 60 talented alto and soprano voices, this ensemble celebrates diverse musical styles while highlighting the academic and personal growth of its members. Directed by Jeff Vallier, the Purduettes have performed internationally in locations including Canada, Europe, and Central America. Known for their professionalism and charismatic presence, the Purduettes connect with audiences of all ages, building strong ties to the Purdue community and beyond.
