​links and other resources that help to provide our parents with the information they need.
Fee Payments
  • 2025-26 Show Choir Initial Deposit Form (Required) - Payment page for initial dues not paid at the show choir kickoff meeting.
  • Parent Information Form - This form allows parents to quickly provide contact details about themselves and their students as well as provide insights as to ways that they may be able to become more involved in their child's choral experience.  
  • 2025-2026 Fee Schedule - Listed at the bottom of this page is the Show Choir payment and fee schedule along with the explanation of how the fees are utilized. 

​Season Ad Sales
  • Sales Flyer - Provides access to a printable version of the sales flyer to present to prospective advertisers.
  • Sales Form Packet - Directions & Tips for selling along with a printable version of sales forms and receipt.
  • Sales Receipts​ - Printable receipt to provide to advertisers that have purchased ad space in our programs.
  • Current Do Not Call List - List of companies that have either already purchased or have been contacted, but do not wish to participate.
  • Sold Season Ads List - List of companies that have bought an ad and what student sold the ad.
